Still dealing with symptom feelings. Doing my best to concentrate on good stuff while the pressure of the world smushes down on me.

  1. I really like the idea of having a mood rating system. I’m going to try it soon! It will be interesting to keep a regular log, and compare my highs and (hopefully not so frequent) lows. Thank you for posting!

    • I numerically calculate a value and chart my moods on a graph (since I’m Bipolar), and watch them cycle over a changing interval. It’s good all just part of better knowing myself, and dealing with my disability.

      • Because BiPolar disorder inhibits my ability to perform at a level comparable to the average. Because symptoms have debilitating manifestations in my life. Because I’m not LESS, but i am DIFFERENT. So, a designation of “disabled” is not meant to be derogatory, but just accurate to my reality.
